This machine helps customers meet strict regulations of GMP by promptly detecting a product or instruction leaflet that has fallen from the machine and with a structure from which the fallen objects can be easily removed. The original servo control of Kyoto Seisakusho Co., Ltd. allows the machine to insert instruction leaflets simultaneously with the products, which realizes stable insertion.
Besides, the cartoner is equipped with an in-line magnetic particle detection system that detects with certainty whether instruction leaflets are inserted in sealed cartons.
