Last year at Asahi Printing, we celebrated the major milestone of the 150th anniversary of our founding. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our shareholders and everyone else that has continued to support our company over this long history. We are now building a reliable foundation for our next leap forward as we embark on the next 50 years.

Based on the idea of “embracing the spirit of ‘tsu tsu mu ko ko ro - the heartfelt hospitality’ and taking a new first step,” the Asahi Printing Group has developed proposal-based sales coordinating our mainstay of the printing and packaging materials business and packaging system sales business, working to provide a stable supply of products that meets the needs of the market as the industry’s no. 1 printing and packaging materials business. All employees of the Asahi Printing Group will also be taking on new challenges in their respective positions as we proudly lead the packaging industry and harmonize the business of packaging related to beauty and health. We will also continue working toward fulfilling our social mission and making a positive difference with our customers and in society as we move forward.

This year also marks the second year of the AX2024 mid-term business plan. Continuing with the five strategies that form the pillars of innovation in this plan, we aim to improve our constitution, bolster our strength, improve profitability, and raise our value as a company.

We hope that we may continue counting on the support and encouragement of our shareholders.
