Easy-Retrievable Tablet Packaging

Patent pending

Elderly and those who have disabled hands may drop a tablet when pushing it out of a PTP sheet (*1) because of the difficulty in holding a tablet with their fingers. This results in the risk that patients may end up not taking the tablet without finding it on the floor, and little children may accidentally ingest the tablet later.
This packaging assures that those patients can take tablets from their palms. A tablet is pushed out but kept in the packaging first and then comes out of a side hole.
Note 1*: "PTP" stands for "Press Through Package." Generally, a PTP sheet is composed of a thin metal sheet such as aluminum and a blister sheet that are combined to shape cavities for each tablet or capsule.
