Integrated Production Line system has been applied to all of our plants in order to improve product quality and production efficiency. The system covering all the processes from receiving raw materials to production and packing enables our production to be operated under standardized quality criteria and constant environmental control. The system also helps us respond flexibly and promptly to various customer requirements for products.

FA (Factory Automation) has been introduced to Toyama plant, our main production site, to improve its production efficiency and for its labor-saving. The plant has achieved remarkable improvement in production efficiency and labor-saving by utilizing the driverless delivery system for raw paper between multi-level storage and presses, which routes are computer-controlled, covering 21,000m² within the plant.
